Mark T. Carew

Dr Mark T. Carew is a Senior Researcher at leading disability charity Leonard Cheshire. A psychologist by background, Mark’s expertise within the disability sector spans, stigma and discrimination, disability-inclusive data collection and healthcare access. He has published several articles in these areas within international academic journals, has co-authored the book Disability and Sexual Health: A Critical Exploration of Key Issues and has another co-edited book forthcoming in 2021. He was named on 2019’s Power 100 list, which recognises the top one hundred most influential people with disabilities in the UK.
