Joel Burman

Joel joined the team in March 2020 as Head of Programmes, bringing 15 years of experience from a wide range of international development organisations including governments, consultancy and start-ups, and a background in development economics.

In his role at the GDI Hub Joel leads the development and oversight of project and programme systems and processes, with particular focus on demonstrating impact delivery and partner management. He works closely with the Directors to support the strategic goals and future aspirations of the organisation across the full portfolio of our work.
