Katherine Perry
As the Lead for Advocacy and Engagement, Katherine ensures maximum impact of AT2030, taking findings, recommendations and the voices of disabled people from the ground to those that can make change happen. Core to this is communications, strategic engagement and bringing key learnings to inform evidence-based policy making. Previously a Project Manager for AT2030, Katherine worked with international partners, leading half of the AT2030 programme - Cluster 3: Country Implementation and Cluster 4: Community Capacity-building and Participation. Based in Antwerp, Belgium, Katherine worked previously on European-level projects involving disability, emerging technologies & innovations with the European Disability Forum and Google. She also worked on deinstitutionalisation of marginalised groups such as people with physical and intellectual disabilities, children and the homeless with the European Expert Group on the Transition from Institutional to Community-based Care.
